Refund policy

We take pride in our hand-dyed yarns and small-batch creations. Because of this, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Returns are only accepted if your item is incorrect, damaged, or defective.

Inspect Your Order
Please check your items upon arrival. If something is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at support@brisbaneyarns.com.au so we can make it right.

How to Start a Return
If your return is approved, we’ll provide a pre-paid return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back. To help us process your return quickly, please include your order number or proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email).

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
