Shipping Policy

We currently ship within Australia only.

 

Processing Time

Some of our items are dyed to order, which may add an additional 3–5 days depending on how quickly the skeins can be dyed and dried (sometimes weather dependent). We aim to ship packages daily, but if your order is placed after 2:00 PM, it will usually be shipped the next business day.

 

Shipping Method & Cost

All orders are shipped via Australia Post Standard. The shipping cost is $10 per order.

 

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email (through Shopify) so you can follow your package every step of the way.

 

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@brisbaneyarns.com.au and we’ll work with Australia Post to resolve the issue.
